Yoga for a good night's sleep


Are you suffering from an autumn dip? Do you need a wonderful relaxation to recharge your batteries? Then this workshop is for you!


In this workshop we start with a number of breathing exercises, so that you learn how you can calm your body and mind with your breathing. Then we do an extensive yin yoga class, in which we adopt postures that release built-up tensions in our body.


We stay in one position for a long time so that our body is completely stretched and stretched and knots in the muscles are slowly released. We work on deeper physical, mental and emotional layers to completely relax our body and mind. We also learn to increase our concentration and to keep bringing our thoughts back to the here and now.


Then we do an extensive meditation, body scan and Restorative Yoga where you enter a deep state of relaxation and relaxation.
