Article 1: General provisions
The e-commerce website of Adlife BV, a private limited company with registered office at Diestsesteenweg 178, 3010 Kessel-Lo, offers its customers the opportunity to purchase the products from its webshop online.
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website (“Customer”). When placing an order via the Adlife BV web store, the Customer must expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, thereby agreeing to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions, to the exclusion of all other conditions. Additional terms and conditions of the Customer are excluded, unless they have been expressly accepted by Adlife BV in advance, in writing.
Article 2: Price
All prices stated are expressed in EURO, always including VAT and all other duties or taxes required by the Customer.
If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.
The price statement refers exclusively to the articles as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are for decorative purposes and may contain elements that are not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer
Despite the fact that the online catalog and the e-commerce website have been compiled with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on Adlife BV. Adlife BV is in no way liable in the event of manifest material errors, typesetting or printing errors.
If the Customer has specific questions about, for example, sizes, colour, availability, delivery term or delivery method, we request that the Customer contact us in advance via the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The offer is valid as long as stocks last and can be adjusted or withdrawn by Adlife BV at any time. Adlife BV cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be expressly stated in the offer.
Article 4: Purchases
The customer can purchase the product online in the Adlife BV webshop. To do this, go to the website https://adfysio.clubplanner.be/, where you can click through to the Adlife webshop. There they choose the product or products that they want to purchase, after which they can purchase it with the possible use of a discount code if there is a promotional promotion running at that time, after which payment can be made online.
The customer can choose between the following payment methods:

Adlife BV is entitled to refuse an order due to a serious shortcoming of the Customer with regard to orders in which the Customer is involved.
The customer can also purchase certain products at the Adfysio branch (Diestsesteenweg 178, 3010 Kessel-Lo). However, this does not apply to all products that are offered in the Adlife BV webshop, but to a selected offer.
Article 5: Delivery and execution of the agreement
When you have ordered goods from Adlife BV, you will receive an e-mail within 2 working days about when you can pick up the package in Adfysio (Diestsesteenweg 178, 3010 Kessel-Lo).
If you would like the package to be delivered, you can send an e-mail to email@example.com after purchasing the goods. A shipping cost of €5 will be added to this. This shipping method is free for orders from €50. You will receive the package within 5 to 7 working days.
Items ordered through this webshop are only delivered in Belgium.
In summary, unless we have agreed otherwise by e-mail after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail within 2 working days about when you can pick up the package in Adfysio (Diestsesteenweg 178, 3010 Kessel-Lo).
Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of an article or other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported by the Customer to Adlife BV without delay.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has taken physical possession of the goods. However, the risk already transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by Adlife BV.
Article 6: Retention of title
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Adlife BV until full payment has been made by the Customer.
The Customer undertakes, if necessary, to point out to third parties the retention of title of Adlife BV, eg to anyone who would seize the articles not yet fully paid for.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase items from Adlife BV in their capacity as consumers.
If the right of withdrawal applies:
The Customer has the right, within a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without stating reasons.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact Adlife BV, Diestsesteenweg 178, 3010 Kessel-Lo, tel no. 0456 38 02 88, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org informing you of its decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement by e-mail. The Customer can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but is not obliged to do so.
To meet the withdrawal period, the Customer must send his communication concerning his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The Customer must immediately return or hand over the goods to Adlife BV, Diestesteenweg 14, 178 Kessel-Lo, but in any case no later than 3010 calendar days after the day on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the agreement to Adlife BV. The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer. The goods may also be returned to Adfysio (Diestsesteenweg 178, 3010 Kessel-Lo). Returning the goods is only possible by appointment. Please contact us via the e-mail address email@example.com.
If the returned or returned product is in any way diminished in value, Adlife BV reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and to claim compensation for any loss in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the Customer that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Only items that are in the original packaging, together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase can be returned.
Adlife BV will refund the Customer with the same payment method with which the Customer performed the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged for such reimbursement.

Article 9: Privacy
The person responsible for the processing, Adlife BV, respects the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 regarding the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data.
The personal data you provide will only be used for the following purposes: processing the order and sending newsletters.
You have a legal right to inspect and correct your personal data. Provided proof of identity (copy of identity card) you can obtain a written notification of your personal data free of charge via a written, dated and signed request to Adlife BV, Diestsesteenweg 178 3010 Kessel-Lo, email@example.com. If necessary, you can also ask to correct the data that would be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant.

We treat your data as confidential information and will not pass it on, rent it or sell it to third parties.
The customer is responsible for keeping his login details and the use of his password confidential. Your password is stored encrypted, so Adlife BV has no access to your password.
Adlife BV keeps online (anonymous) visitor statistics to be able to view which pages of the internet site are visited to what extent.

Article 12: Change of conditions
These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by other terms and conditions that are explicitly referred to, and the general terms and conditions of sale of Adlife BV. In the event of a contradiction, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Article 13: Evidence
The Customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as evidence.
Article 14: Applicable law – Disputes
Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of private international law regarding applicable law.
The courts of the Consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction in legal disputes. The Consumer can also contact the ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
If an article shows visible damage and/or qualitative defects upon delivery, these must be reported to Adlife BV immediately.
