Return conditions

Below are the return conditions for when you have ordered a physical product or good in our webshop and would like to return it.

 

Wrong product or wrong quantity ordered by the customer

 

If for any reason the order does not meet your expectations, please contact backoffice@adlife.be.

 

In this case, the return costs/transport costs are for the account of the buyer.

 

The goods may be returned at your own expense or delivered personally to the following address: Adfysio, Diestsesteenweg 178, 3010 Kessel-Lo.

 

Adlife BV will refund the returned goods within 30 days of receipt of the return (not the return costs themselves) if the conditions for returning products are met.

 

Wrong product or wrong quantity delivered by Adlife

 

If one of the following applies:

  • The product is wrong or the order was incomplete
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The order was not delivered and there is also no notification from the transport company

 

In this case, Adlife BV will pay the return costs/transport costs and will refund the returned goods and the return costs within 30 days of receipt of the return if the conditions for returning products are met.

 

Products not eligible to return:

 

  • Opened package 
  • Expiration date of the product has passed (unless due to an error on our part you would have received a product with an expired expiry date by mistake)
  • The packaging of the product is damaged or described (unless the packaging was received damaged)

 

Conditions for returning products:

 

  • Orders can be placed within a period of 14 calendar days be returned upon receipt
  • Products are undamaged, unopened and unsoiled and in the original packaging (unless they arrived that way due to a mistake by Adlife BV)
  • You contact us via backoffice@adlife.be stating your order number, address, telephone number, description of any complaint and a copy of the invoice. If the package was damaged, the email also contains photos of the damaged packaging, if possible
