How do I book a lesson?

Step 1:

Register via adfysio.clubplanner.be

Step 2:

Buy a turn card or a separate turn of your choice in our webshop

Step 3:

Go to Adfysio Planning and choose a lesson of your choice
Online event cards only give access to online classes, with a live event card you can only follow live classes

Step 4:

Your lesson is booked
View the overview of your bookings at "My Reservations". You can cancel up to 3 h in advance via My Reservations

What if I can't be in class on time?

You can cancel up to 3 hours in advance via My Reservations and then you will get your turn back. 
Did you not cancel at least 3 hours in advance? If you were registered for an online lesson, you will still receive a recording of the lesson that you can view within 72 hours so that you can still follow the lesson. 

How long are my turns valid?

You can find the status of your event cards via 'My Profile'. We use the following validity periods as standard:

 

Online

  • 1 single turn: € 8,5 – valid for 4 weeks
  • 5-event card: € 40 – valid for 14 weeks
  • 10-event card: € 78 – valid for 26 weeks
  • 20-event card: € 150 – valid for 50 weeks

 

Live

  • 1 single turn: € 12,5 – valid for 4 weeks
  • 5-event card: € 60 – valid for 14 weeks
  • 10-event card: € 120 – valid for 26 weeks
  • 20-event card: € 230 – valid for 50 weeks

How do I book a workshop?

You do not need to purchase a turn card for a workshop. You can pay directly via the app and the registration will be done automatically. You can find this in the app at Workshops or you can view the calendar via this link.

What about the corona measures?

We always respect the latest covid measures and follow them carefully.

How is the delivery of my purchases through your webshop?

In addition to event cards, you can also buy all kinds of other things in our webshop. After purchase you will receive a purchase confirmation by email. We will notify you when your order is ready. You can then pick up your package in our studio. Please show your email confirmation.

Help! I don't know which class to choose!

Feel free to contact us at group lessons@adfysio.be† One of our instructors will be happy to provide you with more information about the different classes and styles, taking into account your preferences. 

Can I make 2 reservations for a lesson with my account, and therefore bring my partner/son/daughter/...?

Yes, this is possible! This is only possible with turn cards. Not with subscriptions.

I have a live event card but would prefer to take online classes. Can my live turns be converted to online turns?

Yes, this is definitely possible! Send us an email to Groeplessen@adfysio.be and we will gladly transfer these turns for you.

Is it possible to book the shorter online lessons of 30 minutes with my online event card?

Yes, of course.

How can I see how many turns I have left?

If you're on the website surf, click on your name in the top right and then on 'view profile'. There you will be able to see how many turns you have left.

If you come via the app (My Clubplanner), click on your initials on your dashboard at the top right. You will be able to find your other turns there.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes: you can purchase these via our webshop† At the bottom left you will see an icon of a present: those are our gift vouchers!

When you purchase a gift voucher, you will receive a code by e-mail. You can pass this code on to the recipient of your gift, and they can then use it in our webshop. The code is then entered at the checkout screen under 'discount code'.

It is of course also nice to be able to give a physical gift voucher. That is why we will also send you a digital version of the gift voucher by e-mail, which you can then print yourself and hand over to the lucky person. You will receive this within 2 working days after your purchase.

Are classes also given outside?

If the weather is nice and the lesson normally takes place in the studio, it is certainly possible that the lesson can be given outside in the garden of Adfysio in consultation with the teacher and all participants.

Do you also offer private lessons or other tailor-made lessons?

You can also contact us for private lessons. You can find more information about this here.

What are your subscriptions valid for?

You can use our subscriptions for all live and all online classes.

Do you also give online lessons?

We give online classes, but during the summer we do have a different schedule and a number of online classes will be cancelled.
If your event card for online lessons is no longer valid, or if you would like to convert these online lessons to live lessons, please send us an email to Groeplessen@adfysio.be and we will be happy to help you.

In addition, we can provide online lessons on request. If you are interested, you can always contact us at the same e-mail address.

Do you also give lessons on location (such as for bachelors, teambuilding, or for a group)

Hell yes! Read more about our classes on location and for groups here.

You can always contact us via Groeplessen@adfysio.be. Then we look at your proposal and see if we can put together something tailor-made!

I get a message on the Clubplanner/reservation app that a new app needs to be installed. What does this mean?

This is right! The current app expires. So you can delete it, and just download the same app again.

You can just keep using the same login details.

What happens if I sign up for a class waiting list when the class is full?

When you register for the waiting list, you will receive a text message if someone has canceled and you can therefore participate in the lesson.

If your mobile number is not yet in your account, it is best to add it.

You will receive this SMS up to 3 hours in advance before the lesson starts. If you have not received an SMS by then, you will not be able to participate.
