Want to practice Pilates, yoga and core stability in Leuven? This is possible in our multidisciplinary group practice Adfysio in Kessel-Lo. Here you can go for group lessons for different levels, given by passionate, experienced teachers.

Every month we offer thematic workshops, from yoga for a good night's sleep to stress management techniques, from a 'start to yoga or pilates' class to a special and extra long Vinyasales. Workshops offered by our experienced and passionate teachers.

Welcome to our studio

Want to practice Pilates and yoga in Leuven? This is possible in our multidisciplinary group practice Adfysio in Kessel-Lo. Our classes are currently taking place in Adfysio and in the Sports complex in Kessel-Lo (Stadionlaan 4).
Here you can go for group lessons given by passionate, experienced teachers.

How do I book a lesson?

Step 2:

Buy a turn card or a separate turn of your choice in our webshop

Step 3:

Go to Adfysio Planning and choose a lesson of your choice
Online event cards only give access to online classes, with a live event card you can only follow live classes

Step 4:

Your lesson is booked
View the overview of your bookings at "My Reservations". You can cancel up to 3 h in advance via My Reservations

Pilates

 

Find your movement, find your balance, find your strength. Pilates is an ideal mix between exertion, breathing and stretching that will feel both strenuous and relaxing on a physical and mental level.

Yoga

 

Yoga is when every cell of the body sings the song of the soul. You can visit our yoga studio for a varied range of yoga styles and classes. All this to promote your physical and mental well-being.

Core stability

 

If you wish to work on your core / muscle corset (these muscles form the basis for many movements and a strong hull can cause less back problems), you can do this in the core stability. During these lessons we will train together on your condition, control, stability and strength. So do you feel like giving your body a boost under supervision? Then core stability is for you!

Prenatal & Postnatal Classes

 

Prenatal yoga classes are uniquely designed to support expectant mothers in their pregnancy. Postnatal yoga is the ideal way to get moving again after your pregnancy.
